By accessing and using Fugge ("Service"), provided by Turbo Carrot LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

Description of Service

Fugge is a project estimation tool that helps you track tasks and predict project timelines based on your actual work patterns. The service stores your project data locally in your browser using IndexedDB technology.

Data Storage and Privacy

Fugge is a local-first application. All your project data is stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB. We do not collect, store, or transmit your project data to our servers. If you choose to join our mailing list, that information is processed separately as described in our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information you enter
• Creating backups of important data as needed
• Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the service

Intellectual Property

The Fugge service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Turbo Carrot LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service but may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary code or content.

Limitation of Liability

Fugge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turbo Carrot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
